# Where is my health profile?

## Log into your Ixcela account to update your health history, food preferences, and body composition goals.

Your health profile information is located in your Ixcela account: [https://ixcela.com/member/profile/](https://ixcela.com/member/profile/)

Ixcela uses your health profile information to create your personalized nutrition plan and fitness plans in addition to using the metabolite data from your sample. Your Ixcela results cannot be generated without this information.
