# How do I reset my password?

Your username is your email address.

To reset your password for your Ixcela account, please [go to the Forgot Password page](https://ixcela.com/member/forgot-password/).

You will receive an email from **support@ixcela.com** with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

You can always reach out to us at [support@ixcela.com](http://support@ixcela.com/) with any difficulties, and we will be happy to help you access your account or reset your log in information.
