How do I return my Ixcela sample?

To return your Ixcela sample from inside the US, put your sample and information card into the FedEx mailer and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or drop box.

For International returns, please follow the instructions provided inside your test kit. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping and customs.
