How do I get a replacement test kit?

Ixcela’s test kit replacement policy is that if the Ixcela test or program was purchased in the last 6 months we will provide a replacement free of charge up to 2 times. Please contact support@ixcela.com to receive a replacement test kit.

If the Ixcela test or program was purchased more than 6 months ago, Ixcela is not responsible for replacing the test kit. We advise all customers to take the test and return their sample promptly after receiving the test kit.

For the customers who purchased more than 6 months ago and would like a replacement test, we do have the option to purchase a $50 replacement kit.
