Ixcela’s international shipping cost covers sending an Ixcela test kit or supplements to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for two-day return shipping to ensure their sample reaches the Ixcela lab in Bedford, Massachusetts, within the testing timeframe.
Ixcela offers flat-rate outbound international shipping for tests and supplements. Shipping costs are the following:
- One test kit (Kickstart Assessment Program): $71
- Two test kits (90-day Complete Package Program or 90-day Personalized Accountability Program): $181
- Supplements (up to 6): $47*
