# I just signed up for Ixcela. What happens next?

## Welcome to the Ixcela Family!

Thank you for signing up for Ixcela! Your Ixcela Internal Fitness™ kit will ship within 3 business days. We recommend first watching the [instruction video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SO8MJ4m1xtI), reading the print instructions, and then [collecting your sample.](https://4435891.hs-sites.com/knowledge/how-do-you-do-the-gut-microbiome-test?hsLang=en)

Once your sample is received at the Ixcela lab, you will receive a confirmation email. After our in-depth analysis of your sample, your results, nutrition and fitness plans will be posted on your [online profile](http://www.ixcela.com/member/login) and you will receive a notification that they are ready. This typically takes 3-4 weeks.
