Thank you for signing up for Ixcela! Your Ixcela Internal Fitness™ kit will ship within 3 business days. We recommend first watching the instruction video, reading the print instructions, and then collecting your sample.
Once your sample is received at the Ixcela lab, you will receive a confirmation email. After our in-depth analysis of your sample, your results, nutrition and fitness plans will be posted on your online profile and you will receive a notification that they are ready. This typically takes 3-4 weeks.
If you have signed up for the Ixcela Internal Fitness Program, we will ship your supplements after your results have been posted, and after 3 months, we will send your retest kit to check improvements.
