The blood collection device in the Ixcela test kit does have an expiration date. Samples taken after the expiration date cannot be processed by the Ixcela lab.
If you purchased an Ixcela test or program in the last 6 months and the test kit has now expired, please contact support@ixcela.com to receive a replacement test kit.
If you purchased a test kit more than 6 months ago and it has now expired, Ixcela is not responsible for replacing the test kit. We advise all customers to take the test and return their sample promptly after receiving the test kit.
