We are happy to help you reschedule or cancel your dietitian appointment within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please communicate promptly with your Ixcela dietitian if you need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time or a $49 fee will be charged to the account or the appointment charge of $49 will not be refunded when rescheduling. Your insurance will not cover this fee.
If you cancel before 24 hours of the appointment start time the session will be refunded to the credit card on file.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or are absent, the session will not be held or refunded. If you have insurance coverage for your dietitian sessions, a no-show fee of $49 will be charged to the account. Please communicate with your dietitian about scheduling a new appointment.
