Ixcela's exercise program is based on your fitness goals and experience. To ensure success Ixcela members have access to an exclusive exercise library to guide beginners through their exercise recommendations.
The Ixcela Exercise Program will include a variety of the following types of exercise depending on goals and experience.
- Strength training / Progressive Resistance Training (PRT)
- High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Varied-Intensity Interval Training (VIIT)
- Metabolic Conditioning Interval Training (MetCon)
At home workouts and a warm up video are also available for members to utilize as needed.
