What is my log in information?

Sign in to your Ixcela account with your email address and password.

Your log in information was created when you purchased your Ixcela Internal Fitness™ test kit.*

Your username is your email address. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. You will receive an email from support@ixcela.com with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

As always, you can always reach out to us at support@ixcela.com with any difficulties, and we will be happy to help you access your account or reset your log in information.


*If your kit was not purchased from Ixcela, you should have received a card with a registration code to set up your account. If you did not complete this step, we will email you your log in information when we receive your sample.
