Where is my sample?

We will notify you as your sample moves through the process.

After you send in your sample, we will be sure to keep you updated on your sample's progress.

Ixcela sends notifications after receiving your sample, confirming that it looks ok, and posting your results. We will also let you know if there is any problem along the way, such as a sample with too little blood or an incomplete user profile.

If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam filter and add support@ixcela.com to your safe senders list.

It generally takes 2 weeks to receive your results from the time your sample arrives at the lab.
